  • Springtime Road Landslide and Homes Collapse 1-Year Anniversary

    April 22 marks the one-year anniversary of the landslide in Draper that collapsed two homes on Springtime Road. Draper City has been involved in follow-up on this incident since it occurred and would like to provide a review of what has transpired and an update regarding the status of the area.
  • Lone Peak Parkway Closure-Detour

    Draper City has closed a portion of Lone Peak Parkway between 13100 South and Redberry Road to investigate and address structural deficiencies of a concrete box culvert (bridge) over the canal that crosses the road in this vicinity.
  • Jenson Farm Park — Phase 1 Underway

    Construction has begun at Jenson Farm Park and is anticipated to be completed by this fall.
  • Construction Starts at The Point

    Dirt started turning at The Point in March as crews began installing a major natural gas pipeline.
  • Subdivision Ordinance Update

    In 2023 the State Legislature changed the regulations for how jurisdictions can process and approve subdivision applications.
