REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE 13800 SOUTH WIDENING PHASE 3 PROJECT

The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to reconstruct and widen the roadway including asphalt pavement and complete curb, sidewalk, asphalt and drainage improvements on 13800 South from approximately Fort Street to Southfork Drive as described in the project plans and specifications.

Bid documents and specifications will be posted on BONFIRE on or before Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 7:00 PM.  5% Bid Bond will be required.

The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on Utah.BONFIREhub.COM until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened electronically at the above-stated time and date. Draper will post the bid tab results on bonfire with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being posted.

Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through BONFIRE before 5:00 PM Wednesday, March 5th, 2025.

The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
