NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Urbana Development Agreement, Zoning Map, and Land Use Map Amendments

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 13, 2025, at 6:30 pm to receive public comment on a request by Jacob Ballstaedt of Garbett Homes, for a Development Agreement, a Zoning Map Amendment from A2 to RM2, and a Land Use Map Amendment from the Community Commercial to Residential High Density, known as the Urbana Development Agreement, Zoning Map and Land Use Map Amendments, located at approximately 285 W. River Chapel Road to incorporate approximately 0.15 acres into an existing approved single family development project.
