NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING: Preliminary Plat for Commercial Condominium Subdivision

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public meeting before the Planning Commission on February 13, 2025, at 6:30 pm on a request by David Johnson of Johnson Engineering, representing Microflex 1 Springville, LLC for a Preliminary Plat for a new commercial condominium subdivision.  The property is located at approximately 13081 S. Minuteman Drive and is approximately 2.93 acres in size.
