NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Hidden Canyon Estates- Mercer Mountain Estates Development Agreement 10^th Amendment Request.

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to consider the above-listed request. The property is located at approximately 2635 E 15040 South. The purpose of the request is to amend standards within the Mercer Mountain Estates Development including street width, fencing, and stormwater maintenance responsibilities. The Development Agreement allows the Mercer Mountain Estates development to have up to 50 single-family lots with a private gated community.
