Notify Draper System Changes

Draper City has updated the Notify Draper system we use for citywide communication. Notifications will have a slightly different look but will function essentially the same.

If you are happy with how you receive notifications via Notify Draper (either email, text, or both), there is no need to take action. If you want to change your subscription preferences or select a preferred method of contact (email vs text), please access the member portal at the link below. There you can create an account that will allow you to change your subscriptions, update or add contact information, and indicate which contact method you prefer.

We highly recommend having a phone number and address on file for emergency notifications. This can provide valuable information for first responders in an emergency incident, and addresses are used to notify specific geographical areas that may be affected by situations that others in Draper aren’t.

Available subscription categories in the system include:

• Emergency Alerts
• Traffic/Construction Alerts
• City News & Events
• Public Meetings
• Jobs
• Weather Alerts (everyone already in the system should receive severe weather alerts by default, but the type of weather alerts received can be modified by creating an account)
