NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Lingo Land Use Map Amendment, Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement Amendment Requests. 

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 22, 2025 at 7:00 pm to receive public comment on a request by Chad England, property owner, for a Development Agreement Amendment, a Zoning Map Amendment from RA2 to RM2, and a Land Use Map Amendment from the Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium-High Density, known as the Lingo Land Use Map Amendment, Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement Amendment Requests, located at approximately 13040 S. 1300 East for the purpose of adding an additional 1,970 square feet into the property.
