NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: City Initiated Deviations for Government Buildings Text Amendment Request.

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission and City Council to consider the above listed request. The purpose of the request is to create a new section, known as Draper City Municipal Code Section 9-27-250. This new code section will exempt city owned and built buildings from architectural design standards and allow buildings owned and operated by the State of Utah, or one of its political subdivisions, a county, a municipality, or a school district to increase their building height by 5-feet.

The Planning Commission hearing will be held at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers, on March 13, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.  

The City Council hearing will be held at Draper City Hall in the City Council Chambers, on March 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
