City of Draper Notice of Ordinance Adoption – Ordinance #1644

On April 1, 2025, the Draper City Council approved Ordinance #1644 amending the official zoning map of draper city for approximately 0.86 acres of property from a5 (agricultural) to ra2 (single family residential) zone for the property located at approximately 2020 E. Pioneer road within Draper City, otherwise known as the Ty Wadswoth zoning map amendment The complete ordinance is on file at the Draper City Recorder’s Office and available online at https://www.draperutah.gov/.
