City of Draper Notice of Ordinance Adoption – Ordinance #1643

On April 1, 2025, the Draper City Council approved Ordinance #1643 amending the official land use map of Draper City for approximately 0.86 acres of property from residential hillside low density to residential low/medium density, located at approximately 2020 E. Pioneer road, within Draper City, otherwise known as the Ty Wadsworth land use amendment. The complete ordinance is on file at the Draper City Recorder’s Office and available online at https://www.draperutah.gov/.
