City of Draper Notice of Ordinance Adoption – Ordinance #1637

On March 4, 2025, the Draper City Council approved Ordinance #1637 amending the official zoning map of Draper City for approximately 0.15 acres of property from A2 (Agricultural) to RM2 (Multiple Family Residential) zone and approving a development agreement for the property located at approximately 285 W. River Chapel Road within Draper City, otherwise known as the Urbana Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement Amendment.  The complete ordinance is on file at the Draper City Recorder’s Office and online at www.draperutah.gov.
