Notice of Municipal Election for Draper City

In accordance with UCA §10-3-301, notice is hereby given that the following Draper City offices will be voted on in the 2025 Municipal Election:

•    Mayor
•    Council Member At-Large (four-year term)
•    Council Member At-Large (four-year term)
•    Council Member At-Large (two-year term) 

Candidate Filing Period

The candidate filing period begins Monday, June 2, 2025, and ends Friday, June 6, 2025. 

Declarations of Candidacy must be filed in person with the Draper City Recorder at:

Draper City Recorder’s Office
1020 E. Pioneer Rd.
Draper, Utah 84020

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Candidate Qualifications

To qualify as a candidate, you must:   

1.      Be a United States citizen at the time of filling.

2.      Be a registered voter of the municipality.

3.      Be a resident of Draper for twelve (12) consecutive months prior to the election.

4.      Not have been convicted of a felony, unless your right to hold elective office has been restored. 

Election Dates

·     Primary Election (if needed): August 12, 2025

·     General Election: November 4, 2025
