Pay My Bill

Online payments may be made to Draper Justice Court for the following charges: Moving traffic violations/speeding; no driver's license; no registration; or minor equipment violations.

• Online: To pay a fine through the Draper justice court, use the online Xpress Bill Pay for Court option. You will need your citation or case number to process your payment.
• Drop Box: Located outside City Hall in the southwest corner of the parking lot. The drop box is collected every weekday morning by 8:30 am, with the exception of holidays. Cash payments or delinquent payments should not be placed in the drop box. Include a copy of your citation with your payment.

• Mail: Include a copy of your citation with your payment. Check or money order should be made payable to Draper Court and mailed to: 1020 E. Pioneer Road, Draper, UT 84020

• Online: The easiest way to pay your Draper City utility bill is through the online bill payment option, Xpress Bill Pay for Utilities. This method of payment will save you time and give you more payment flexibility. You will need to know your Draper City utility account number and have a valid email address.
  
  Sign up for Xpress Bill Pay:
  • Go to Xpress Bill Pay and register for your online account.
  • Select the “GO” button below the "Start Paying Bills Now" to setup a new account. If you’ve already signed up with Xpress Bill Pay, you can log in with your email address and password.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid email address to create an account. Once you’ve submitted your information, you will receive a default password by email.
  • Go back to Xpress Bill Pay and log in using your email address and password. The “Add eBills” page appears. Follow the instructions on the screens to add us to your Xpress Bill Pay account. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to go online at any time to view and or pay your utility bill.

• Mail: Ensure that the utility account number is written on the check or money order. Check or money order should be made payable to Draper City and mailed to: 1020 E. Pioneer Road, Draper, UT 84020
