Sign up for Alerts and Notifications
Draper City's citywide communication system is called Notify Draper. Click on the sign-up button below to register to receive information from Draper City via email or text. Registered phone numbers are also used for voice calls in emergency situations. You can select your preferred method of contact, manage your subscription categories, and update or add contact information at any time after you register.
Effective December 1, 2025, users with accounts created before that date will need to follow the prompts to complete a quick Community Profile to link to your existing account in order to access it to manage your preferences. This will also give you the option to link your account to other organizations you may follow that use the Everbridge notification platform (e.g. other cities, counties, or public safety groups). If you follow other organizations who use this system, you will then only have to use one login to manage your accounts. Any accounts you follow within the Everbridge system will automatically display once you have created a Community Profile, and you will be given the option to link all the accounts.
We highly recommend having a phone number and address on file for emergency notifications. This can provide valuable information for first responders in an emergency incident, and addresses are used to notify specific geographical areas that may be affected by situations that others in Draper aren’t.
Available subscription categories in the Notify Draper system include:
- Emergency Alerts
- Traffic/Construction Alerts
- City News & Events
- Public Meetings
- Jobs
- Weather Alerts (everyone already in the system should receive severe weather alerts by default, but the type of weather alerts received can be modified by creating an account)
Want the information but don't want to receive it by text or email? Download the Everbridge app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Please email the Communications Department at info@draperutah.gov with any questions.

Residents of Salt Lake County are also encouraged to register their cell phones to receive reverse 911 notifications during public safety emergencies.
