The Sound of Music

Draper Arts Council’s big spring musical, The Sound of Music, will be directed by Robin Edwards & Tricia Swanson and performed at the Draper Amphitheater. This Rodgers & Hammerstein musical features many cherished songs including “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” “My Favorite Things,” “Do-Re-Mi,” “Sixteen Going on Seventeen” and the title number, “The Sound of Music”. The inspirational story follows Maria, governess to the seven children of Captain von Trapp, as she brings music and joy to their Austrian household.

Performances will be May 30, 31, June 2, 6, 7, 9, 13 & 14.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will begin in early April and generally run Monday - Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Inclement Weather
