Make plans now for the 2024 Draper Days Rodeo! Featuring classic rodeo events such as bull riding, bareback riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, saddle bronc riding, and other exciting competitions, it’s an event you don’t want to miss. 

Not only are the top cowboys and cowgirls featured, but there is food, shopping, and more. The whole family will enjoy this affordable community event. 

It’s strongly recommended you arrive at least one hour early so parking and seating can be done without missing any of the rodeo action!

Draper City has established a free speech zone that will allow persons wishing to exercise their First Amendment rights ("Advocates") the opportunity to communicate their message to rodeo participants and attendees while ensuring safe traffic flow, crowd control, and the safety of all participants and attendees at the rodeo.

Participation in the Draper Days Rodeo is through the Rocky Mountain Professional Rodeo Association (RMPRA). Visit their website for membership and rodeo participation information.

  • Tickets are $15 each
  • Children 3 years of age and under are not required to have a ticket if they can sit on a lap
  • Ticket sales are final — no refunds or exchanges will be given
  • All seating is reserved — tickets are assigned to a specific row and seat number 
  • A ticket with a barcode or QR code for scanning is required for entry

  • Wild cow milking is an amateur, team-based competition, with the goal of catching and milking a wild cow
  • Participation is $120 per team
  • Teams are made of three adults

  • This is an outdoor, open-air venue — the show takes place rain or shine
  • In case of severe weather during the show, patrons will be asked to take shelter in their cars. Once the weather passes, the show will resume. 
  • Stadium-style seats and blankets are welcome 
  • Chairs with legs are prohibited
  • Alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, and illegal weapons are prohibited
  • Dogs and other animals are prohibited (except service animals trained for a specific task as detailed by ADA)
  • Small coolers and baskets are welcome 
  • All bags and containers subject to search upon entry
  • Seating sections a, b, c, & d feature concrete tiered seating
  • Seating sections e, f, g, h, & j feature aluminum tiered seating
