NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on July 17, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Bruce Baird representing Radnet Properties for a Text Amendment, known as the Novarad Healthcare Clinic and Imaging Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-11-110 to allow Medical or dental laboratory and Medical service as a Permitted use in the CI (Interchange Commercial) zone and Section 9-26-090 in order to amend the freeway frontage zone sign regulations and Section 9-26-140(B) to amend the exhibits for freeway frontage zones.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 17, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
