NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on July 17, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Jeremy Peterson, representing LF Evans Square LLC for a Plat Amendment, known as the Evans Square Plat Amendment II, on approximately 0.988 acres of land at approximately 12245 South 900 East for the purpose of amending the Draperville Plat to create a condominium for the already approved Evans Square Site Plan buildings.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 17, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
