NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on July 17, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Derk Pardoe, representing TC Enterprises for a Text Amendment, known as the Harmony Hills Text Amendment, in order to amend DCMC Table 9-21-1 to allow Preschool as a Conditional Use in the IC (Institutional Care) zone.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 17, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
