NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 12, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Parker Robertson to change the zoning on 1.38 acres from RA1 and O-R to CC, and to change the land use designation from Office-Service to Community Commercial. The subject property is located at 207, 215, 231 & 235 E. 13800 S. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 12, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 576-6522.
