NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on May 24, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Bar Establishment Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending Draper City Municipal Code Sections 9-3-040, 9-11-110, 9-14-050, 9-18A-020, 9-18A-030, 9-18E-020, 9-18E-030, 9-18F-020, 9-18H-020, 9-18K-020, 9-18L-020, and 9-25-100 in order to remove the uses of Club, dining, and Club, social from the Code and replace it with the use of Bar Establishment to better align with Utah State Code.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on May 24, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Christina Oliver at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6510.
