NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on May 24, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Scot and Nikole Andersen for a Land Use Amendment and Rezone, known as the Andersen Land Use Amendment and Rezone, for the purpose of amending the Land Use Map from Residential Low/Medium Density (0-2 dwelling units per acre) to Residential Medium Density (2-4 dwelling units per acre) and amending the Zoning Map from RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 square foot lot minimums) to R3 (Single-family Residential, 13,000 square foot lot minimums).
