NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on March 6, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Adam Lankford, representing Wasatch Residential Group LLC for a Text Amendment and Master Area Plan, known as the Vista 600 West TSD Text and MAP Amendment, at approximately 496 West 13490 South. for the purpose of designating subzones with the Transit Station District zone and creating a master plan for said property.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on March 6, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
