NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on January 25, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Ryan Simmons of The Boyer Company for a Zone Change and Land Use Amendment, known as the Rockwell Park Zone Change and Land Use Amendment, on approximately 5.8 acres of land at approximately 258 E. 13800 South for the purpose of amending of the Master Plan Amendment from Community/Neighborhood Commercial to Residential High Density and a rezoning from the CC (Community Commercial) to the RM2 (Residential High Density) zone.
