NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on January 25, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Matt Scott, representing Jack Fisher Land Company for a Plat Amendment, known as the Moda Town Center Draperville Plat Amendment, at approximately 12553 South Fort St. for the purpose of amending the Draperville Plat to create a mixed use development, along with a Site Plan and CUP application.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on January 25, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
