NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN UPDATED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN, A WRITTEN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND OF THE INTENT TO ADOPT REVISED IMPACT FEES FOR STORM WATER
Notice is hereby given that Draper City intends to adopt a revised Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Enactment for the provision of Storm Water. The City will hold a Public Hearing at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah, 84020. The public hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) on December 5, 2017. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and Impact Fee Enactment. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome.
Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis and proposed Impact Fee Enactment document are available for public review in the City Offices, on the Draper City website, and in the Draper City Recorder’s Office. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
