NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 26, 2017 to receive public comment on a request by Sherm Bingham to rezone 1.92 acres from RA1 to RM2. This application also involves a master plan change from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential. The subject property is located at 12460 S. 1130 E. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on October 26, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 576-6522.
