NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 12, 2017, to receive public comment on a request by Olie Michel, representing Michel Land LLC for a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment and Zoning Map Amendment, known as the Mountain Park Estates Master Planned Community, on approximately 83 acres of land at approximately 2100 East Lake Bluff Drive for the purpose of creating a new Master Planned Community zoning district in the Draper City Municipal Code and amending the zoning map on the subject property to the new Master Planned Community Zone.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on October 12, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dan Boles at the Draper City offices, 576-6335.
