NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 13, 2017 to receive public comment on a request by Wasatch Residential Group, represented by Adam Lankford to amend portions of Chapter 9-18H of the Draper City Municipal Code as it relates to the signage requirements for the Draper Pointe Commercial Special District. The Draper Pointe Commerical Special District is generally located on the north side of Bangerter Highway near 600 West.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 13, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Maryann Pickering at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6391.
