NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 22, 2017, to receive public comment on a request by Alan Summerhays, representing Kristine Ann Properties, to amend portions of Chapter 9-18A of the Draper City Municipal Code as it relates to the signage requirements for the Draper Peaks Commercial Special District. The Draper Peaks Commerical Special District is generally located along 12300 South between State Street and 300 East.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 22, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Maryann Pickering at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6391.
