NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on January 12, 2017 to receive public comment on a request by Jay Rice, representing JAR Development for a Zone Change and Land Use Amendmnet, known as the Quinn Court Rezone and Land Use Amendment, at approximately 11980 South and 11990 South 700 East for the purpose of rezoning the property from CN (Neighborhood Commercial) to RM2 (Multi-family Residential) and amending the land use from Neighborhood Commercial to Residential High Density. A Development Agreement is also being sought.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on January 12, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
