NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on January 12, 2017, to receive public comment on a request by Randy Bowler of Bowler Properties for a Zone Change and Land Use Amendment, known as the Jenson Farms Zone Change and Land Use Amendment, on approximately 48.61 acres of land at approximately 11875 S. 700 West Change from RA1 (Residential Agricultural) and A5 (Agricultural) to R4 (Single Family Residential, 10,000 square foot lot minimum) and a Land Use Amendment from Residential Low/Medium Density (0-2 dwelling units per acre) to Residential Medium Density (2-4 dwelling units per acre) be approved to allow for the development of the property as a residential subdivision.
