NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS RELATED TO CULINARY WATER AND STORM SEWER
Pursuant to §11-36a-501 and 503, Utah Code Annotated, Draper City, Utah provides notice of its intent to prepare an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis related to culinary water and storm sewer. The Storm Water study area includes all areas within the City’s municipal boundary. The Culinary Water study area includes all areas within the City’s municipal boundaries served by water utilities. The attached map, highlighted in blue, indicates the areas within the city that are being included in the Culinary Water study.
You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
