NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on September 22, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Danny Bridenstine, representing Lone Peak Retail, LLC for a Plat Amendment, known as the Lone Peak Condominium Plat Amendment, on approximately 0.994 acres of land at approximately 126 West 12300 South for the purpose of converting an existing retail building into commercial condos.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on September 22, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
