NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public meeting before the City Council on August 16, 2016 to continue reviewing a request by Jeff Mansell to rezone 5.27 acres from RA1, RA2, and R3 to R4 (four units per acre). This rezone request is tied to a development agreement. The subject property is located at approximately 12447 S. 600 E. This agenda item will be for action only, and the City Council will not be taking public comment. The meeting will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on August 16, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Dennis Workman at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6522.
