Gary Howell, Draper City's District Representative city liaison, presented thank you awards to outgoing District Representatives Jerry Toomey and Guy Abrahamson for their service to the community in emergency services. A new board member, Ron Steed, was sworn in by City Recorder Tracy Norr to serve on this committee.
The District Representatives serve as a liaison to the city during emergency situations. They represent nine geographical districts within the city.
