Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 14, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Jeff Anderson, representing Willow Creek Development LLC for a Zone Change and Land Use Amendment, known as the Creekside Estates Zone Change and Land Use Amendment Request, on approximately 5.74 acres of land at approximately 571 West 11400 South for the purpose of changing the zoning from RA1 to R3 and changing the land use designation from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density.

The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 14, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
