NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLANS AND AN IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT FOR POLICE AND FIRE SERVICES AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DRAPER, UTAH
NOTICE is hereby given that Draper City intends adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis and to enact impact fees for police and fire services and will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on July 5, 2016, in the Draper City Hall located at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, UT 84020. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the proposed Impact Fee Analysis and the Impact Fee Enactment. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analyses, and the Impact Fee Enactment are available for public review beginning May 29, 2016, on the City's website and at City Hall. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing.
