NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on June 23, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Russ Tolbert, representing Hallmark Homes and Development for a Zone Change and Land Use Amendment, known as the Draper Mill Rezone and Land Use Amendment, on approximately 2.64 acres of land at approximately 736 West 12300 South for the purpose of rezoning the property from CO1 (Professional Office) to RM2 (Multi-family Residential) and amending the Land Use Map from Office/Service to Residential High Density.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on June 23, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
