NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on May 26, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Nate Boyer, representing Boyer Company for a Text Amendment and Rezone, known as the 136 Center CSD (fka Park at 138th CSD), on approximately 26.36 acres of land at approximately 13705 South 200 West for the purpose of creating a new Commercial Special District zone and rezoning the property to said district.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on May 26, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
