NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Draper City Council on May 17, 2016, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City for a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated Text Amendment Re Appeals Procedures, for the purpose of updating the appeals procedures relating to zoning and land use decisions as contained in Draper City Municipal Code.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on May 17, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Mike Barker at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6322.
