NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE A PARKS AND TRAILS IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Pursuant to §11-36a-501 et. seq., Utah Code Annotated, Draper City, Utah provides notice of its intent to prepare a Parks and Trails Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The area where the Parks and Trails facilities will be located is the entire area within the municipal boundaries of Draper City, Utah.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 19, 2016, in order to receive public comment on a Parks and Trails Impact Fee Facilities Plan.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on April 19, 2016, at approximately 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Brad Jensen at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6549.
