NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on December 1, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Ryan Button, representing Property Ventures Draper, LLC for a Plat Amendment, known as the Palomino Point Phase 3 Plat Amendment, on approximately 1.73 acres of land at approximately 12980 South 300 East for the purpose of amending Phase 1 of the Palomino Point Subdivision to create an additional five lots.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on December 1, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
