NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on October 8, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Michael Brodsky, representing Hamlet Homes, for a Plat Amendment and Site Plan, known as Elgin Place, on approximately 2.03 acres of land at approximately 11970 South 700 East for the purpose of amending Lots 7 and 8 and a portion of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 34 of the Draperville Plat in order to create a 30 dwelling unit townhome development.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on October 8, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
