NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
The Draper City Council hereby gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on August 4, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Draper City Council Chambers, 1020 East Pioneer Road, for the purpose of considering a Boundary Line Adjustment between Draper City and Bluffdale City. The boundary adjustment will occur generally between 14600 South and 16200 South, between the I-15 freeway and Pony Express Road. The Draper City Council has adopted Resolution 15-36 indicating Draper City’s intent to adjust its mutual boundary with Bluffdale City. Owners of property within the proposed adjustment may, at the public hearing, protest the boundary adjustment or file a written protest at or before the scheduled public hearing. If no protests are received, subject to Draper City Council approval, the area of the boundary adjustment will be annexed into Bluffdale City who will provide emergency services, utilities and law enforcement services.
