NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:

Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on June 16, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Michael Brodsky, representing Hamlet Development for General Plan and Zoning Map Amendments, known as the Elgin Place General Plan and Zoning Map Amendments, on approximately 2.03 acres of land at approximately 11970 South 700 East for the purpose of amending the General Plan Map from Neighborhood Commercial to Residential High Density (8-20 dwelling units per acre) land use designation and amending the Zoning Map from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimums) to RM2 (8-12 dwelling units per acre) with a Development Agreement to allow up to 16.3 dwelling units per acre on an approximately 2.03 acre site in the RA1 (Residential Agricultural) zone.
