NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on May 26, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Lisa Koncar for a Plat Amendment, known as the Indy Acres Plat Amendment, on approximately 2.14 acres of land at approximately 590 East 12100 South for the purpose of amending Lots 4 and 5 of Block 25 of the Draperville Plat in order to create three lots of at least 20,000 square feet in size.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on May 26, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
