NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on May 14, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Troy Dana representing Academy Mortgage and Mark Murdock, representing GB Management Services/Draper Square, LC for a Text Amendment and Rezone Request, known as the Draper Pointe Mixed Use- Academy Mortgage Text Amendment and Rezone, on approximately 25.51 acres of land at approximately 440 West 13800 South for the purpose of amending the CSD-DPMU (Draper Pointe Mixed Use Commercial Special District) zone to include the subject properties and to rezone the subject properties into the CSD-DPMU zone.
The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on May 14, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, 801-576-6328.
