NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on February 26, 2015, to receive public comment on a request by Kelli Lundgren, representing Lapis Development, LLC for a Zoning Map Amendment, known as the 965 Residential Rezone, on approximately 2.51 acres of land at approximately 965 East 12200 South for the purpose of changing the zoning district from CS (Commercial Services) to RM2 (Residential Multi-family, up to 12 dwelling units per acre).
