NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on December 4, 2014, to receive public comment on a request by Ryan Button, representing Property Ventures Draper, LLC for a Zone Change, known as the Carlquist Rezone, on approximately 4.639 acres of land at approximately 12980 South 300 East for the purpose of rezoning the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot lot minimums) to R3 (Single-family Residential, 13,000 square foot lot minimums).
